- • Escalating violence
Opening Scene: "The Leak"
Episode 4 opens with a tense briefing room scene. Evidence suggests someone in your department has been leaking information to the criminal network you've been investigating. Trust among the team is at an all-time low.
Commander Hayes confronts you privately, revealing that Internal Affairs is watching your every move. Your previous decisions in Episodes 1-3 determine the severity of their suspicions.
Note: If you lost more than 3 officers in Episodes 1-3, Hayes will be more aggressive and suspicious in this scene. This affects available dialogue options later.
Mission Breakdown
Mission 4-1: "Surveillance"
Track the suspected leak
- • High Investigation (70+)
- • High Stealth (60+)
- • Tech skills helpful
- • David Kim (Investigation)
- • Jackson Wolfe (Stealth)
- • Optional: Sarah Chen (Tech)
This long-term surveillance mission requires patience. Prioritize stealth and investigation skills. Avoid confrontation at all costs - if you're detected, the mission fails and you lose trust with Commander Hayes.
Pro tip: Use the Mission Simulator to calculate your success rate before deploying.
Mission 4-2: "The Safe House Raid"
Raid the criminal network's safe house
- • High Strength (75+)
- • Good Speed (65+)
- • Team size: 3 officers
- • Marcus Reed (Tactical Lead)
- • Jackson Wolfe (Infiltration)
- • Elena Volkov (Negotiation backup)
This is one of the most dangerous missions in the game. Expect heavy resistance. If you fail, one officer will be seriously injured and unavailable for Episodes 4-5. Success rate under 70% is not recommended.
Mission 4-3: "The Interrogation"
Extract information from captured suspect
During this mission, you must choose between two interrogation approaches:
• Takes longer, requires high Negotiation (80+)
• Effect: Maintains team morale, IA approval
• Drawback: May not get critical intel in time
• Faster results, requires high Strength (75+)
• Effect: Get intel immediately, unlocks Mission 4-4
• Drawback: Elena and David disapprove (-0.30 relationship), IA investigation escalates
Our Recommendation: Choose Option A for the "Good Ending" path, Option B for the "Necessary Evil" path. Your choice here significantly affects Episode 5's available missions.
Mission 4-4: "Time-Sensitive Lead"
Act on intelligence before it expires
Unlock Condition: Only available if you chose "Aggressive Tactics" in Mission 4-3. Must be completed within 30 in-game minutes or the opportunity expires.
This optional mission allows you to intercept a weapons shipment. Success provides a significant advantage in Episode 5's finale but further damages your relationship with oversight.
Mission 4-5: "Confrontation"
Confront the suspected mole
The episode's climax reveals the identity of the mole. Without spoiling too much: the person you suspect may not be the actual traitor. Pay attention to all the clues from Episodes 1-3.
This final confrontation determines the ending of Episode 4 and sets up Episode 5. Your accumulated choices affect available dialogue options and who you can trust.
Key Choices & Consequences
Choice 1: Interrogation Method
Choice 2: Share Intel with Commander Hayes?
