Who is Phenomaman?

Phenomaman is an alien from planet Urgot-52dc, considered a living legend and the strongest superhero in Dispatch. As Blonde Blazer's ex-boyfriend, this 6'4" (193cm) alien bruiser brings exceptional Defense, Mobility, and Combat stats to any mission.

⚡ Superman-Like Power: Phenomaman has flight, super strength, and near-impenetrable defense. However, his mental health struggles (depression mechanic) require careful management.

Stats & Abilities

Base Stats

Combat: Amazing (Top Tier)
Vigor: Amazing (Top Tier)
Charisma: 0 (Zero)
Intelligence: 0 (Zero)

⚠️ Critical Rule: NEVER send Phenomaman to negotiate anything. His Charisma and Intelligence are literally zero.

✈️ Flight

Effect: Reduces travel time between calls and the dispatch center. Phenomaman can respond to emergencies faster than any ground-based hero.

😔 Depression Mechanic

Base: Phenomaman needs only 2 seconds of rest between missions (incredibly fast).

Weakness: If any call fails or misses, he becomes depressed and needs 45 seconds of rest (22.5x longer).

Management Strategy:

Only deploy Phenomaman on missions with HIGH success probability. One failure cripples your shift momentum.

Hero Power Training

💊 Heavily Medicated

Effect: Phenomaman rests for an additional 10 seconds and cannot fly, BUT is no longer depressed.

When to Use:
  • When you frequently face risky missions that might fail
  • Consistent 12-second rest vs unpredictable 2s/45s variance
  • Trade flight speed for mental stability

🚀 Phenomenal Motivation (RECOMMENDED)

Effect: Heroes sent with Phenomaman have their rest time reduced by HALF if he completes the call with them.

Why This is S-Tier:

Doubles your team's deployment frequency. Pair Phenomaman with slow-rest heroes to maximize shift efficiency. Keep him on guaranteed-success missions to maintain the buff.

Optimal Build & Strategy

📊 Stat Focus

  • Max Priority: Combat (already amazing - push to 10)
  • High Priority: Vigor (tank + damage dealer hybrid)
  • Don't Invest: Charisma/Intelligence (0 base = poor ROI)

Common Mistakes

  • Sending to social missions: 0 Charisma = guaranteed fail = 45s depression
  • Ignoring depression risk: One failed mission puts him out of commission for most of the shift
  • Not using Phenomenal Motivation: His best power for team-wide efficiency
  • Deploying on uncertain missions: Only use when success is near-guaranteed
